A few years ago, you couldn’t find a worthy croissant, a legit eclair, or a Paris-Brest to save your life. Then Duchess happened and opened the door to sweet possibilities that Edmonton never knew possible. Now, I’m happy to report, Edmonton has patisseries—and we’re talking top tier patisseries—in almost every quadrant. Maybe our new identity will be Little Paris on the Prairie, if this keeps up.
